The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the drivers, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support when needed.
The Driver Manager will also be responsible for monitoring driver schedules, ensuring that drivers are maintaining all vehicles properly, and providing support to operations.

Responsibilities:
Monitor driver performance and safety records.
Ensure that all drivers are following company policies and regulations.
Manage driver schedules and routes.
Train new drivers on company policies and procedures.
Ongoing safety training and coaching Maintain accurate records of driver activities and performance.
Provide feedback to drivers on their performance.
Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles.
